If the student has not opened any course content, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email info@ontarioeducationonline.ca with your order number.
Once a student has accessed the course materials, refunds are not available. At that point a teacher has been assigned and the full course is open to the student.
The 7-day refund window applies to individual course purchases only. Full-Time OSSD enrolment (including deposit and partial-payment purchases) and PLAR (Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition) purchases are non-refundable.
A student may switch to a different course before starting the original course, with OEO's approval. Contact us before the student begins.
A student may withdraw at any time by contacting us. Withdrawals after course content has been opened are not refunded. How a withdrawal appears on the student's record follows Ontario Ministry of Education rules.
Students removed for academic dishonesty or Code of Conduct violations are not eligible for a refund.
