What you'll learn in this course

Foundations of Health

In this unit, students will explore the essential elements of health, focusing on mental well-being, breathwork, and meditation techniques. Through interactive activities and discussions, students will learn how to manage stress, enhance emotional resilience, and cultivate mindfulness. This foundational knowledge will empower them to prioritize their mental health and develop lifelong practices for overall well-being.

Movement Competence

Unit 2 emphasizes the importance of movement competence through practical activities that can be performed at home. Students will learn various skills and workout routines tailored for home environments, enabling them to engage in physical activity regardless of their location. This unit encourages creativity and self-sufficiency in fitness, equipping students with tools to maintain an active lifestyle independently.

Nutrition

In this unit, students will delve into the world of nutrition, understanding the vital role it plays in overall health and fitness. They will explore the principles of balanced diets, meal planning, and the nutritional needs of active individuals. Healthy Living Skills
